She was responsible for the development of 120 colleagues as an HR manager at AIESEC, a non-profit organisation, for three years. She then worked as a sales, marketing and business development representative at an international telecommunications corporation. She also worked in Germany and Sri Lanka for a time, where she contributed to leadership development and intercultural understanding. She is experienced in selection processes, project management, communication and sales development trainings.
Excellence:
Continuous self-development and keeping up to date with the newest digital trends are crucial for her, and she also implements them into her everyday work. Tamara is a fan of diverse hobbies as well, enjoying fitness, travelling, skiing, cooking delicious dishes, voluntary activities and teaching.
