CFR (Critical Factors for Results)/CFS (Critical Factors for Success) analytics is best implemented when a change is approaching.

During the analysis, we determine those factors which primarily have an effect on the company/success of a given area. These factors can be, for example, the commitment of senior management, organisational culture, an incentive system, and human relationships.

During further analysis of these factors, we examine what is present and already works well in the system, what is present but not working (needs changing or improving), and what is missing (needs to be created). Based on this, we generate streams that aim to develop a selected area. The development process is usually followed up on.
