During the AC, participants must solve situations that model position to be filled. During the tasks, participants also demonstrate their aptitude in individual, team player and leadership situations.

The results, although they include the subjective observations of the observers, can be considered objective, as they are calculated as the average of the value judgments of several evaluators, and on the other hand, the exercises are compiled so that all competencies are included in several practices. Thus, all competencies derived from behavior and attitudes can also be assessed.
